A budget gym with plenty to offer. Compact with lots of kit. Friendly staff and clean changing rooms. Can get busy but open 24/7 so you can schedule accordingly. They do classes but get filled quickly. Great way to get fit at a good price.
I am a founder member and really enjoy visit the Gym. After a good few months of staff turnover it appears to have stabilised. Generally there is always a good atmosphere. Main point of concern is members who never put back their weights after use and remove plates from the barbells, a real pet hate for me. Notices are up but I never see staff enforce this rule. It's a very basic health and safety point and one of respect to your fellow gym users.Best time for me is after 9pm.Great range of gym kit, 99% working 99% of time, however please replace the small stickers on the machine weights that tell you the weight you are lifiting.
Good equipment for working out. Better to go earlier in the day to avoid peak time. But is 24 hours so flexible visit times. However, I find it a bit annoying you have to use your pin every time you go into the changing room/showers/toilet if you've already used your it at the front. Also there is a woman who cleans in the male showers (who I have seen walking around with her phone out) which is ridiculous as you wouldn't have it the other way round . Maybe consider putting a sign saying it is cleaned by a female or specifying which times of the day she cleans so people are aware and to avoid uncomfortable/awkward situations in the changing room.
Quiet busy gym, a bit compact size but have all basic gym equipments. Very friendly manager & staff. However machines are a bit well used ones. Free parking for gym members, changing rooms, lockers are available for both male and females however toilets are not well maintained. Anyway quiet good for the price.
Really good price for top quality equipment and classes. Can not suggest this place enough. A lovely environment with staff always happy to help. Some of the staff also do personal training (at an extra cost) but are also happy to give a helping hand if they aren't. Definitely the place to go to have fun while getting fit
