I have been going to Emma's yoga classes now for over a year and would recommend them to anybody! I started as a nervous beginner and Emma instantly made me feel welcome and put me at ease. There are often different abilities within each class and she makes sure everyone is looked after. I felt an improvement in my flexibility very quickly and feel myself much stronger too and more relaxed. If I want to feel challenged there are options for that but some weeks if I have less energy there are always gentler options available. The relaxation at the end of each class is the highlight of my week - and the class is my hour to just think about me and nobody else! Just go for it!
