The cerebral-palsied staff in this joint are almost on par with the knife-wielding clientele that can be found inside it. Communicate in a series of clicks and grunts if you wish to be understood. Management might as well be smoking crack and mainlining China White for all the use they are in resolving problems and issues. Just like the tennis player of yesteryear, this "brand" is nothing but totally overrated mediocrity and incompetence masquerading as quality product. AVOID.
Terrible service with lots of broken equipment. I had a horrendous time trying to leave the gym, even after my contract had ended. I would strongly avoid.
This damages was reported before Christmas times then 3 weeks ago as nobody cares & today the 3rd time!Hopefully will be replace as bacteria lives there which is very dangerous for the skin

After being a member here for the past few years, it is very sad to witness how facilities and customer service are going down hill, to the point of not being able to provide padlocks for lockers even for guests, who are unaware of new rules and have to store their belongings in opened areas.One day, I was nearly locked up in the club and the lights went totally off on me. Luckily being a fast runner, I've managed to catch the staff at the main entrance. As a result, I've received only a verbal apology with explanation that changing rooms must have been overlooked...Also, realised that there's a zero sense of community, considering it's a membership club.During quiet visiting times of sitting with my laptop in the adult lounge, I've asked a member of staff to keep an eye on my belongings whilst I'll quickly use the bathroom. It was a simple and reasonable request that I've asked here before and which will take less than five minutes. Sadly, I was given the answer of pointing out that "I am busy running around so your belongings are down to your own responsibility"Also make sure you're aware of three months notice period in case you decide to leave the club. Mine has started already. Sad times indeed...
