Been trying to get through on the phone for the past two days. Its always a nightmare and when you finally get through you met with sorry we have no appointments try again tomorrow
Left a review and the practice manager responded saying i wasnt a patient at the surgery! Im quite aware of the other surgeries in the building and I would give my real name on a review! If I did that I would probably never get an appointment. I still stand by my first review, rude reception, dirty floors and not enough provisions for emergancy appointments. The Dr's here just dont care and it shows in the way this place is run. I will be able to leave shortly as im moving, thank goodness.
