This place it terrible!! I had to wait to see the doctor almost an hour and the doctor ( Rani) was very rude to tell me that shes in hurry. I feel like she wanted to get rid of me ASAP. I didnt get any help. Complete waste of time
When you called you wait for long time for someone to pick up, by the time they pick up no appointment for you. This is always the case for me.
I think the surgery and doctors here do a wonderful jobDartford is expanding and therefore doctor surgeries are getting busier however this surgery does it's best and in my view copes very wellMost of the time I get to see the same doctor who is extremely good and polite and on the occasions I can't see him a replacement doctor is seen and I have not yet had a bad oneBeing a doctor or working in a surgery is not an easy thing these daysIf people actually used the surgery as it should be I. E..for those in need rather than those who wake up with a bad back and immediately want to see a doctor or those who can't be bothered to keep appointments then the health service would be a better placeWell done Horsemans Place
I've always been able to get an appointment when I've needed one although it is hard with so many patients fighting for the same slots. Dr Sera has always been very good in my opinion. I think with the amount of people moving into Dartford because of all th new housing developments means we need more surgeries
This doctor surgery is awful! Am changing my doctors as soon as a new surgery is taking on. The receptionist are rude an not welcoming! I find the doctors also a rude not understanding at the least! Can never get an appointment not even medical emergencys!!! An they wonder why a&e gets busy!!! I've been at this surgery for a very long time an always hope it will improve! This place will never improve!!!
