Please see further down the reviews as to one I put on a few years ago when the service we received from Maple practice was excellent. Sadly to say, this practise have declined in their care and attention and decided that we are suddenly out of the catchment area. This is after being at our current address for 12 years and being with the practice for 31 years! Having been forced by them to find a new GP at a very critical time during my husbands medical treatment (as they are fully aware), I realise now just how bad their services have become and would never return to them. Would not recommend Maple Practice to anybody.
I have always found the receptionists to be polite and as helpful as they can be and the doctors are both very caring.
The women on the phone is really rude, she gives unhelpful advice, this isn't the only time she's been rude to me. The doctors should send out emailed prescriptions, because people are in need of there medication and they are not also within the area. Overall a very poor doctors don't go to this surgery
