They no longer sell larger size men's clothing in store "available on line only", then they Moab that online shopping is causing high street shops to close.... you can't have it both ways m&s you used to sell my size in store last year so why not now, you are putting yourselves out of business. Don't blame the shoppers
I visited blue water with my daughter today to exchange some items, as there was no money exchange required we was advised it could be done at the till points on the shop floor, great we thought as we knew customer services would be busy. But when we tried to do this we were told that as she had two on line shopping receipt this so called simply transaction couldnt be done so we had to go to customer services, the girl at the till downstairs was extremely apologetic which was more than could be said for Danielle on customer services!!So again we explained which items went with each receipt only to be told that we couldnt do a straight exchange but had to mess about trying to work out which items we could add up to make up the total so we could get an exchange, we not only had to do this painful experience once but twice with no apology or anything from Danielle, we even had to pack our own bags, if this is quality customer services then I would hate to see what is classed as bad customer services. There was no apology for the inconvenience of having to painfully do the exchange or any please thank you have a nice day or anything from her. May I suggest a revisit to your customer service training on learning the basics of using the words please,thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
Large store. Much better than my usual .A huge variety of clothing. I wish that I had more time to spend there.
Large store, good quality, plenty of choice. It's what you'd expect.Enjoyed a nice pot of tea here today. Nice not to be offered a teabag in a cup. It made all the difference. Delicious and refreshing!
M&S Store & Cafe Store - Always loved M&S products as the quality is unbeatable. This store has best customer service. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is always well arranged, tidy and stocked. The traditional soda that you find in old fashioned glass bottles are unbeatable and the fruit cakes, you will never find anywhere else. I could go on about the quality and taste of products but as this is a store review, I will stick to customer service, availability of products and store cleanliness. I cant fault this store on any of these. 5 stars!Cafe - Friendly and helpful staff. This is a place I love having coffee at. The cakes are amazing. Especially the chocolate cake, Victoria sandwich and the coffee & walnut cake. They used to have an amazing katsu chicken option on the menu which was discontinued during summer months. That tasted amazing too. All in all, the food is great, customer service is great, tables and seating areas and the floors are clean, cakes are fresh and its a nice place to have a quick lunch whilst shopping or have some tea/coffee at. 5 stars.
