Timing was good nice and quiet, after paying only had to wait a few moments before collecting

On this occasion, staff on the shop floor were very helpful, and was enjoying the visit to the shop.....until what appeared to be the manager got involved. He came across as very forceful, misinformed and pushy, as if he was forcing me to make a very expensive purchase. Didn't appreciate his presence. An overall poor experience in the end.
Helpful staff, large range of products too, the only issue is nearby parking. If purchasing a large items, you by the item in store, then park on market street, toot the horn of your vehicle then staff will open the side door to allow collection to occur. But it is also a bus route, so you have to be quick.
