Fairly good service staff are very pleasant and the transaction was swift as can be.

Monday evening and only till manned by staff. All queues had at least 5 others customers waiting, yet they don't call for extra staff onto till. Service has drop dramatically... I will be going to Lidl n Aldi instead.
Absolutely awful service , do not buy online at this store !! Bought 2 items (Xbox and TV) to enter the store to collect to only be given one item and that they were just going to refund the other item in about 5 days time because the billing address wasn't the same as the card ! Erm helllo! Why give me one of my items then ! Doesn't make sense in the slightest and now have to wait 5 days for 500 of my own money to return to my bank ... Not happy at all spent 2 hours on the phone to my bank the night before I purchased just to let 900 pound out my account now this! Absolute joke all of it ! Will not be purchasing from Argos anymore....
