Customer service was great and there are a wide range of shoes to choose from. Highly recommend.
Please be aware that this store sold us boots that had a broken part in the heel which rattled around loosely when they were tried on at home and not even worn outside. When we returned them within a week, both management in store and head office refused a refund as they would have to be sent to the manufacturer to ascertain if they were faulty. The staff are certainly well trained in the art of fobbing off and we were repeatedly told that they don't give refunds! Fortunately after 45 mins of phone calls, debating and being threatened with having security called, one of the staff finally had the sense to give us our money back. Probably the worst shopping experience we've ever had, so please be warned! ***UPDATE.....we checked our credit card statement a couple of weeks later and they had actually charged us again instead of refunding us, so we actually paid twice for boots that we given back - they probably hoped that we wouldn't check our statement, and get away with it. Make sure you check yours, just in case they do the same to you! Now in the hands of the credit card company's dispute/fraud department***
