Love this shop the staff our amazing and the shop its self is out of this world my son love it
Kids running a Buisness not a good idea,absolute appalling service due to selling me a pair of used trainers,then to make matters worse the girl at the desk refused to give me any names as they dont want bad feedback and asked me if I checked the trainers before I left the store as if its my job!!!What a let down.
The store was experiencing some technical issues and for about 2/3 hours, no transactions could be processed neither by cash nor card. We came back and still there was no signage nor indication that we should browse only and so when my mum went back to ask if the tills were now working, a young gentleman was outrageously rude and confrontational.
Went in store for some air force 1. Lady didn't seem interested but another lady said she would order my size as they had them in stock in warehouse. Left details and was told 2 days. Just called them as hasn't heard anything. Lady on phone said no they aren't in stock and someone should have called me. I have now missed out as can't find anywhere that has my size. Won't be using them again
