Large post office depot Main sorting office in the main but they do have a number of post counters which deal with undelivered post They usually have 2 positions open but at busy times up to 4 positions are open Good polite and efficient staffThere is a visitors car park if driving there If walking then be aware it is at the bottom of a hill so if great on walking or need assistance There are no visitor facilities other than the post counters so no toilets etcCan get very busy at times but usually not too bad a wait
Royal Mail ? There nothing royal about this poorly designed place.What other delivery service insists that you have to go miles to collect your post and have to wait ages to collect it from a run down shambles ?
Slowest place ever to collect a parcel 14 people in a queue and one person serving if he went any slower he would go backwards.
The carpark is not perfectly accessible so be aware of millions of royal mail delivery cars everywhere which makes it hard to get to the collection point place. The queue wasn't big at all waiting time approximately 5 minutes. Better than the most places I visited. It's hard to say how it is in the peak times
How can you rate a post office collection depot? I wasn't home when they delivered my parcel so went to pick it up, and picked it up! Busy car park and busy inside as expected. Staff did what they are paid to do as expected, I don't they're paid enough to care about the customers.
