The lady serving at the counter on 13th Decemebr 2018 is extremely rude and shoukd not work with the public. Customer service is below standard. She has a bad attitude every single time I have used the post office. She should be ashamed of herself speaking to paying customers who are asking her to do something that is within her job role.
Post a parcel sign for second class the sale person put the label on the sender side so 5 days later the parcel came back to me, I took it back still the person I sent it too as not received it and on looking onto my receipt there's no tracking available to check it. I paid for 2nd class sign for but no way of tracking.
Owner really gud man and he is so polite i go there twice a week brilliant customer service
Whilst I was being served the lady behind the counter received a phone call on her mobile which she took - she continued to talk on the phone for the duration of me being served. This is not the first time this has happened at this Post Office. Terrible customer care!!
Absolute joke, the amount of times they have only one member of staff is ridiculous. Post office we are trying to give you money but you dont have staff to take it! Sort it out!!!
