the room was great the staff was friendly and professional, we had a enjoyable stay.
Comfortable bed and a lovely clean room. We had a disabled room and everything had been thought of. Will be going back! The staff had a sense of humour and we were welcomed with a smile. Can see the cable car from the bedroom window.

The room was cold. When complained we were given portable heater to take in. Washbasin sink was blocked got it cleared after. Bathroom had mould in corners. The breakfast was very basic like a local street caffee.Bed was comfortable. Staff were very polite and good manners.
Great facilities. Ample and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast included in the price. It would be perfect if it were closer to central Dartford. Car needed, or else a taxi drive.
