To quote Arnold Schwarzenegger - "I'll Be Back"!!!...strictly, the end result would have justified a well-earned 5 stars - but it took a tad too long to get to the point where this company really earned its spurs!Positives:1) Highly knowledgeable staff, with MANY years of experience and a very helpful delivery team.2) Extensive range of beds.3) FREE delivery and only 5 for the removal of an old mattress (some company's do not even offer a removal service!)4) Dedicated parking area.If things go wrong (a prolonged 'dip'):1) The specialists that will promptly arrive may well state that all mattresses must be turned fortnightly for six months (which was not mentioned prior to purchase), but they did state that an alternate could be supplied.2) When the issue persisted for 5 months I returned to the store and was overwhelmed with the highly professional and courteous approach to very promptly rectify the issue - actually on the same day! Given that the mattress was required by a house bound senior citizen they even delivered TWO mattresses so that the final decision could be made in situ - VERY impressed!!
