Was very happy with our service at Tempur. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. The store itself is well laid out and it was great to be able to try out all the different mattresses
If you want to shop at this place they include a non vegan duvet in the order price and refuse to take it out! Not exactly a socially inclusive approach! Would the same attitude apply if it was about the use of alcohol in a product that could therefore not be accepted by certain prospective clients on religious groups ? Also, if you examine the bed bases, you will see there is an annoying gap around the base of the beds on the ottoman design just waiting to trap things which then stops the bed from opening. Not great
