Very caring & friendly vets, appointments seem readily available. Reasonable on price. Reception staff helpful. Car park not largest but street parking available. Very minor point - perhaps could do with a radio on quietly in background in waiting room?
Unfortunately had to speak to a very terse, rude receptionist who spoke to me as though I was stupid. Older, blond lady. When you are dealing with a customer looking after a sick pet and are upset, this lack of compassion is not acceptable. After using your vets for many, many years we have moved to a new one (and found them 50 cheaper for a rabbit spay!)I must add, the last young female veterinarian we saw was superb. Shame you are being let down by front of house.
Seemed a good Veterinary clinic. There were separate waiting areas for owners of cats and dogs, which made sense. The treatment rooms were pretty small and had sliding doors.
Saw a vet who diagnosed and gave the right medication to clear up my friend's dog's problem. Always find the Vets and reception staff very helpful and courteous.
Very helpful and friendly staff. They seem to care alot about your pets. After our cat having an operation there, we had multiple checkups to ensure he was recovering well (they only charged if we needed medication etc, not for the checkups).
