This train station does not have the touch terminal on the platform for the public to touch when they are entering the tube zones. For example someone travelling from gravesend can take a ticket till Dartford and then use his oyster to travel via London zones.
They are giving out free water due to the heat, they are always happy to help even when thameslink are useless. Not bad facilities, it is a station so don't expect too much
the staff at this station were so helpfull to me as i am disabled they were a credit to the company
Every 10-15 min trains to London even on Sunday. Clean toilets. And the Rolling Stones members have met here :)
