The staffs at Rowhill grange hotel and spa are very nice, friendly, working standards are excellent. They made my stay a pleasant one and I had fun too. Thank you!!I will surely recommend to a friend and family in the future or maybe very soon
Such a beautiful location! I was a guest here for a wedding. All the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to please.The wedding which wad held out side, had hit water bottles and blankets for each chair. I don't know if this was the hotel or bride that organised this, but such a lovely touch.I will love to return in the summer. Great wedding venue.
A brilliant spa. Treatments wonderful, had a back massage and a facial came out feeling very relaxed. Food good. All areas very clean. Would certainly return and recommend.
Fifth visit here. Always a great spa day the treatments are good and the therapists are all lovely. Great value with the Jan deal. Definitely be back again soon.
Initially I gave this 5* for my first visit in May 2018. When I returned in July 2018 for another week it was so dreadful I wanted to just go home. I had asked for a dietary requirement prior to going. Everything seemed to be a trouble. I have eating requirements/disability. You ring a bell at the back door to go through the Utopia spa. I waited ages to be let in. There was no porter, they were too busy with Reality TV stars. People seem to go there not to relax, they mostly argue . You are woken up with them fighting. You go to the tranquility garden for a bit of peace, more couples arguing. I thought I had found a beautiful oasis I could go to for 2 separate weeks to relax. I came away far more stressed. They charge so much I could have gone on a cruise, as my husband was on business I could not go alone. This is a hotel that is only interested in profit.
