My son and I don't know much about the area and Ashley not only accompanied us to the viewings, but he also took the time out to show us around different parts of Dartford after the viewings, which was greatly appreciated. I have taken flat on rent in Trafford House via Acorn Property Management agent. Agents helped me to complete the process of house agreement smoothly. I got replies on my queries on mail quickly. Once I have taken property on rent, I do not get response on my queries dropped on mail. I had to follow up 2-4 times on call, then somehow I got response. When it came to vacating the property, I had dropped mails but for getting response over mails, I had to chase agents several times. Agents addressing tenant's concern/queries is poor. I still waiting for my concern to be sorted out.
