I was referred to KTB after a car accident. Maria from KTB has been excellent with the sessions. Maria gave exercises that after 6 weeks of attending KTB had cured the neck and shoulder pains.I would recommend attending KTB for any injuries or ongoing pains you may have. After having a car accident, I went to physio for the first time, I was pretty nervous, however they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I saw 2 different physios, the 2nd "Maria" is excellent, very friendly and helped with what you can do to help yourself, Posture, exercises etc - I'm sure this will help for the future.
