Customer service was absolutely atrocious. Women answering back to the customer without properly understanding customers stance. Wont be returning here again.
Really busy but great service and had exactly what I wanted. Great selection of freshwater and saltwater fish and decent stock of parts and accessories too.
My partner bought me a juvenile Green Bottle Blue tarantula last year, sold as a female....A year on, he has hooked out and is a mature Male!!! It costed double the price for a female and three times as much for a unsexed or juvenile male.I approached them about it and explained that it was sold as female and what can be done? The fella said "nothing" and "its difficult to know what sex they are". Well, if you dont know then sell it as unsexed and not female.....I believe that they chanced there luck by selling as a female to get customers interested and make a sale. In the hobby, selling a tarantula as a female when unsure is a big no, no! They have lost my custom, which they didn't seem bothered about and I will never recommend any of my friends and family to shop there....Pets at Home from now on.

Very helpful and polite staff. Was very patient whilst assisting me in buying all the necessities for my son's current running marine and his new set up. Very impressed with the availability too. Selection of tropical fish, amphibians and reptiles as well as beautiful Marines and coral (various types from large to frags). Marine & tropical tanks, food (live, frozen & flakes) and accessories. Convenient parking on their drive. Was an hour drive but I think it was worth it.
