Matthew James provided an excellent service when they performed my UK move, everything about it was 5 star from the surveying to the moving. I chose to pack my belongings myself but on the company's advice I used their boxes, wrapping paper and tape and everything arrived safely at my new house. They were punctual, polite and couldn't have been more helpful, even to the degree that I couldn't decide where I wanted my lounge furniture so they moved it around to various places to see where I preferred it. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Extremely professional attitude to our need to remove our stuff while we had flooring laid. Matthew James provided storage as well as packing and moving which made it all relatively painless.The few small problems (as there always are in any move) were attended to promptly. Having moved a lot in the course of my career, I can say that they rank amongst the very best.
Having used Matthew James for both my personal moves from both homes and also a business move - I can't recommend them enough. The removal guys arrived early and were really helpful and polite and it was a great idea to take up the wrapping/packaging service they offered - it saved me a lot of stress and hassle ! They also were really good about putting my furniture in the correct rooms so it was easier to see where all my stuff was. As we all know moving is stressful and they took away much of that for me - and were happy to take my calls about any worries I had and put me at ease they had it all under control
It was a last minute and partial removal from London to France. Very pleased with the reactivity to give a quote and organize the removal. Communication is key and MJR is keeping up with it. I have not been let down with the one issue I've had, and when I raised it the management took immediate action. Overall 5 stars well deserved.
