Sorry to rate this so low as I have used this dry cleaners several times. But I am very unhappy that I have been unable to collect my dress during the stated opening times, I have tried 3 times now and each time the shop has been closed. The evening I was due to wear my dress has been and gone, my concern now is getting my dress back, even if the alteration has not been done.Please can someone advise what time the shop will be open?
