Hilarious, see literally the cult of apple at play! Highly recommended at least once in your life. I would advise limited exposure to this store - less impact on the wallet and less chance to be brainwashed into the cult.
Staff are always helpful and knowledgable about there products. Service desk is always busy and best to book and appointment. If you are lucky you can some times turn up and get seen.
Beware. They refused battery replacement in my iPhone 6S, as it has status of stolen in their database which is NOT refreshed. Phone was found and returned by police 1year6months before. 1 star for nice display
I was looked after by Ed Harper today and the service he provided was 11 out of 10, wanted to give him 6 stars instead of 5.The reason why he deserve this 5* is because after he fixed my phone and told me to wait so he can check it after, he answered all my questions and I left the store very happy !I been to a lot of apple store and I got to say this is the best one !Thank you Ed.Alan from Audi.
