I was coming out of Liverpool on Sunday 11th December at 7:20. at start of the M62 in VERY HEAVY traffic (due to the football) I notice one of your van wondering dangerously on the motorway. The driver was in the middle lane wondering into the inside lane where I was driving, then suddenly shot over to the out side lane were he very nearly hit another vehicle. The driver then came back into the middle lane slowed right down causing me to break heavily. I didn't want to over take him on the inside because I did know what his next move was going to be.The driver did eventually move over to the inside lane when another vehicle flash him. At this point I was able to over take him safely. As we got along side him my wife notice he was on his mobile phone. I hope you will take the appropriate action and sack your selfish driver that thinks he's above the law. The registration of this vehicle is LV 65 LVE with oaktree plastered all over it, so not such a bright driver his he?You see my daughter was knocked of her moped 2 years ago by a prick on a mobile phone while driving. She was turning right and he ran in the back of her putting her in hospital for just over 3 month. Thank God she made a good recovery with a lot of hard work on her part.Thank you and I wait for your response.
